System topology

System management

The system can be managed with the APS Administrator program. The system network modules and the controller are connected to a RS 485 BUS. For connection to a PC one of the comminication interfaces (TCP/IP or RS 232) is used.

APS Administrator

For the access rights management the APS Administrator program is used. The solution enables to combine the APS 400 system with the APS mini Plus and APS mini systems.

The connection assumes a permanent connection of a computer to the server, although the system can be run as a standalone system as well. The communication with the modules is running permanently. The Client - Server architecture of the SW enables to manage the access rights from multiple computers in the network. Furthermore there is na option to use any of the SW extensions including the Time & Attendance and web applications.
