APS T&A

The APS T&A extends the APS Administrator software package by Time & Attendance data processing basis the operating events raised in the APS mini Plus and APS 400 systems.

With regards to the various demands on the attendance processing methods the product are designed to enable the configuration of the attendance processing rules by a user. Specific requirements for methods or format of the output can be customized. Detailed information about the processing methods, configuration options and program control is contained in the product user's guide.

Thanks to the network architecture the program is proper for installation in the LAN environment. Its data module is directly integrated in the APS400nAdministrator database, therefore the program does not produce any more requirements for common service and administration of the IT technologies. The program usage does not exclude the operation of any other extending module of the APS Administrator.

Time & Attendance licenses (TA, MLA) for relevant system are required for the module operation. Pro provoz modulu jsou nutné docházkové (TA, MLA) pro příslušný systém.

The product can be further appended with following extension modules:

• ASP T&A.WEB - web module for Time & Attendance management and monitoring
• ASP Administrator.OPN - web module for current T&A status monitoring, shared calendar
• ASP Administrator.ST - web module for students' T&A monitoring for teachers and parents
