APS Administrator.GT

The program module APS Administrator.GT extends the APS Administrator program package with option of effective scheduling, operating and monitoring guard tour duties. The product is designed for a multi-user work in LAN network environment.

Server and client computers HW requirements are dependent on the total load of the system. We recommend consulting the choice of the equipment with your local distributor. Recommended OS is Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows Vista. The product can be run on MS Windows 2000, although some of its features may slightly differ (especially visualizations).

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is required for the proper work of the program. The program is installed by running its installer.

Due to the integration of APS Administrator.GT software extension into the basic APS400nAdministrator database, same rules for security and backups are applied. Only users with guard tour issue authentication privilege are allowed to use the APS Administrator.GT program.

The program is run in a full-screen mode and cannot be minimized in case of any condition requiring operator's intervention. This feature forces the personnel to pay full attention to their duties.

All parameters of the guard tours are fully configurable, user can easily define:

• Guard tour checkpoints
• Shifting time between checkpoints
• Patrol routes
• Patrols schedule and performance modes
• Reader modules visualization
• Other system settings

The APS Administrator.GT module requires the GT license for its operation.
